Was attending a professional training day with an Electronics Instrument supplier at Maynooth Uni in the Phoenix building.
Excellent support and service. Food and drinks were excellent. Parking permits were a bit disorganised - the students in charge needed more training. Lovely campus.
Was met by a very rude lady at the till today who didn't carry herself with any sort of enthusiasm at all and had abysmal customer service in every regard. You cannot be the face of an establishment and uphold yourself to such poor standards. The food was subpar, something akin to what you'd get in secondary school cafeteria just with extortionist prices, on top of that I asked for some sauce packets to which I was told I had to pay 35c for each of them? I'm sorry but you cannot charge that much for a sauce packet especially when you are located on a college campus. Overall, if I could rate this place a zero I would. I won't be coming back and I'll be telling everyone to stay away.
Food was OK, was charged 35c per packet for expired mayonnaise. Msu is better and even if their condiments are out of date sometimes they atleast don't charge for them.
